Friday, July 24

Hidden Galleries Tour in Ellison Bay: “A Bouquet of Artists and Gallery of Gardens” featuring the hidden galleries at the “Top of the Thumb.” Each gallery showcases special art and gardens. Enjoy meeting the artists in their unique settings. All day.

Antique Show & Sale at Gibraltar High School: The show features 35 professional dealers plus crystal and china repair on site. Sponsored by the Sister Bay Lions Club. 10am – 5pm.

Small Forest CD Release Party at Woodwalk Gallery: Progressive folk band Jeanne Kuhns, Marybeth Mattson and Patrick Palmer celebrate their first Small Forest cd release with guest musicians Tommy Burroughs, Hans Christian, George Sawyn and more. 7 pm.

Big Band Jazz Concert at Birch Creek: Concert featuring Program Director Jeff Campbell and noted, professional jazz musicians from all over the country entertain concertgoers with the music of Duke Ellington, Count Bassie, Glenn Miller, and other Swing giants. 7:30pm prelude. 8pm concert begins.

Saturday, July 25

Antique Tractor Show/Arts & Crafts Fair at Liberty Grove Historical Society Museum Site: Arts & crafts fair, delicious food, and a display of antique farm equipment. 10am – 5pm.

Summer Harvest Cherry Festival at Orchard Country Winery & Market: Enjoy complimentary wine and farm market food tasting, pick-your-own tart cherries, free guided tours, live music, inflatable bouncer, and more. 10am – 5pm.

Plein Air Festival: A combination of free and ticketed events. Artists have 6 days to paint Door County. Collector’s preview party and Gala Auction. Visit http://www.doorcountypleinair.com/ for more information.

Sunday, July 26

Belgian Heritage Day in Sturgeon Bay: Gina Wautier will give Belgian pie demonstrations and pie sales will be held in the kitchen of the Collins Learning Center. Barb Chisholm will talk about the Belgian settlement and the efforts of the Namur Belgian Heritage Village in the Vignes School and Belgian elders will translate everyday items and speak Walloon in the Warren House. 1:30 – 3:30 pm.

Switchback at Peg Egan Performing Arts Center: Brian Fitzgerald and Martin McCormack playing American Roots. Lawn chairs and carry in’s allowed. 7 pm.

Trunk Show at Edgewood Orchard Galleries: Deborah Bushinski and her Tessoro jewelry collection will be featured. 10 am – 5 pm.
