Who Doesn’t Love Grilled Cheese?

Wisconsin Cheese Masters in Egg Harbor will host a cooking demonstration by Marja Johnson, chef and co-owner of Sturgeon Bay’s The Cabin on Bayshore, on Saturday, May 3, from 1 to 3 pm.

Johnson will prepare some of her original grilled cheese creations, using cheese from Wisconsin Cheese Masters’ exclusive collection of Wisconsin artisanal cheeses. Customers inspired by Johnson’s tasty examples can enter the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board’s 2014 Grilled Cheese Recipe Showdown, for a chance to win $10,000. The Cabin on Bayshore, 4680 Bay Shore Drive in Sturgeon Bay, is owned and operated by Marja and Eric Johnson.
