Wild Tomato Now Has Frozen Pizzas

Fans of Door County’s Wild Tomato can now find the pizzas in the frozen-pizza section at the Piggly Wiggly in Sister Bay, at the Milwaukee-area grocery chain Sendik’s Food Markets and at most Grand Central Station convenience stores around the state. Current flavors, based on Wild Tomato’s specialty pizzas, include D-Lux, Green & Gold, sausage and pesto, Paisano and veggie.

“We are just starting to work on a main line as well, which would include some of our more basics, such as pepperoni, sausage and others,” said owner Britt Unkefer.
