Wisconsin Poet Laureate to Read at Dickinson Series

The opening of the 2019-20 Emily Dickinson Poetry Series – to be held April 10, 7 pm, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in north Ephraim – will feature Wisconsin Poet Laureate Margaret Rozga. She will read from her latest book, Pestiferous Questions: A Life in Poems, and talk about her inspiration and poetic process.

Rozga has published four books of poetry, and her work has appeared recently or is forthcoming in Leaping Clear, Rock & Sling, Presence and the anthology Van Gogh Dreams.

On the second Wednesday of every month, the Dickinson Poetry Series welcomes a renowned local or regional poet, offers an open mic to give others the chance to read their poetry, and hosts a reception where attendees can meet the poets.
