Wisconsin State Parks Presentation at Peninsula Bookman

On June 22, 4-6 pm, at The Peninsula Bookman in Fish Creek for a presentation by Scott Spoolman, author of the recently released Wisconsin State Parks: Extraordinary Stories of Geology and Natural History.

Spoolman’s book illustrates the fascinating natural history of the parks and natural areas throughout Wisconsin. As Door County enjoys five state parks all its own, here is an opportunity to learn about the geologic and natural evolution of our parks as well as the rest of our peninsula.

The author will be available at The Peninsula Bookman, 4083 Main St., Fish Creek, with the presentation beginning at 5 pm.
