Women’s Fund Celebrates 10 Years of Thriving

The Women’s Fund of Door County has been helping pave the way for women to thrive in this community for 10 years. On Aug. 7, the group celebrated a decade of giving and accomplishments at its annual luncheon.

Kim Anderson Kelleher, a Gibraltar High School graduate and the keynote speaker, talked about the numerous circles in her life, including her tribe of women, which have lifted her up in her career and in her life. After 26 years of work in the media industry – at eminent entities such as Sports Illustrated, Time, Self, Teen Vogue and others – Kelleher announced she’ll soon begin the next step in her career as the president of AMC Networks.

But before she begins her next venture, she nodded to the community that provided her with such a solid foundation: ours.
