Wood Orchard Market Introduces New Managing Partner

Steve and Janice Wood of Wood Orchard Market are excited to introduce the new managing partners of Wood Orchard Market, Mark and Crista Kochanski. Mark and Crista reside in Jacksonport with their three young children. Mark is originally from the Milwaukee area and graduated from UW-Madison. He worked for more than 15 years in banking. Crista, originally from Jacksonport, grew up in the family business, Square Rigger Galley. She graduated from Sevastopol School and later earned an undergraduate degree from Carthage College and a Masters in Marketing from UW-Milwaukee. She has been working in marketing for more than 15 years. They have been married for 10 years and moved back to Crista’s hometown of Jacksonport three years ago.

Together, with the Woods, Mark and Crista will manage the Market beginning with the 2017 season. Wood Orchard Market will open April 28 for the season, and they’ll be open every day May through October and weekends in November. Wood Orchard Market is located just north of Egg Harbor on Hwy. 42.
