(Left to right) Marybeth Mattson, Jeanne Kuhns, Jenny Bienemann and melaniejane will perform as a part of Woodwalk’s “Wise Women Songwriters Show.”

Woodwalk Concert Series features two shows within the first week of July.

On July 5, Roger Kuhns and Robin Bienemann will perform their new original show, “Talking Until I’m Blue and Red In the Face.” Monologist Kuhns and singer songwriters Bienemann and Marybeth Mattson tackle topics like science, the price of gas, life cycles, and Mother Earth’s profound moments; through true stories, comedy, songs and poems. Poet Rolf Olson will open the show.

The Annual Wise Women Songwriters Show is set for July 6.

This show features five inspired women deciphering their experiences and observations of the world with lyrical brilliance, musicianship and dance. Jenny Bienemann, melaniejane, Jeanne Kuhns and Marybeth Mattson come together in the Nashville songwriter circle tradition, taking turns performing their unique style of music. The opening act features belly dancing by Andria Nikoupolis Weliky.

Guests are invited to come early and picnic on the patio. Ice cream, soda, beer, CDs, t-shirts and art will be for sale. Call ahead to reserve seating.

Woodwalk is located at 6746 County G, one mile off Highway 42, south of Egg Harbor. For more information call 920.868.2912.
