Woodwalk Concert Series Presents Al Rose and The Transcendos

Al Rose and The Transcendos will perform at the Woodwalk Concert Series on July 19 at 7 pm. Rose is a mesmerizing performer as a solo act and with any number of his band, The Transcendos. The Chicago Tribune has called his music “one audaciously entertaining ride.”

Rose’s music has brilliantly thoughtful lyrics full of double meanings and playful sarcasm. His style is reminiscent of Dylan and he tackles tough topics with humor, tongue-in-cheek logic and sensitivity.
