Woodwalk Gallery is opening its doors this holiday season for the first time ever. Owners Jillaine Burton Seefeldt and Andrew Seefeldt see an opportunity for expanding the Woodwalk experience. “Everyone loves the barn, so we thought, how beautiful would it be dressed up for Christmas and really, we have so many lovely and reasonably priced one-of-a-kind pieces for gifts.” With a vaulted ceiling, a natural tree befitting the character of the barn will fill the space with natural beauty. The loft gallery space is cozy with a fireplace and the wing gallery is also heated for a relaxing shopping experience.
Woodwalk Gallery will be open 11 am – 4 pm, Friday through Sunday, through the holiday shopping season. They will also participate in Egg Harbor’s Holly Days and will collaborate with Cappaert Contemprary Gallery’s Holiday Open House, Nov. 25 & 26. On these days Woodwalk will open at 10 am in conjunction with Cappaert.
Besides a great variety of fine art, pottery, wood and metal, Woodwalk is debuting new fused glass ornaments from local artists Barb and Doug Henderson. Also new are the Woodwalk limited edition greeting cards featuring art images of the 2016 season and only available this year. Starting a new tradition, each year the gallery will use a select group of images and have cards printed and available on a first come, first serve basis. Once that print sells out, new and different images will be selected.
The gallery is open through Dec. 31, closed Christmas weekend. For more information visit woodwalkgallery.com.
