Workshop Celebrates Sisterhood and Self Care on July 30, Aug. 6

Former Island “summer girls,” Sarah Koehler and Rose Widmann, are offering a Self Care workshop, Sisterhood & Self Care, on July 30 and Aug. 6, 2-4:15 pm, at Hotel Washington & Studio. Sostre, which means sister in Norweigian, is the parent company for their entities – divine skincare, art, yoga, and mindfulness.

Participants can enjoy an island afternoon workshop of yoga practice and meditation, combined with an all natural skin care demo and full self facial. The workshop is $65 and also includes a sample set of the Sostre Self Skincare line. The workshops are limited to 10, so sign up in advance!
