YMCA Scramble Offers 36 Holes

The Door County YMCA encourages participants to sign-up soon for the “Y Scramble presented by the Neighborhood Pub & Grill” to take place on Monday, July 25 at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club. The unique event is nearly full, so the number of available foursomes is limited.

This year’s outing is different than those held in years past. A creative YMCA volunteer team has chosen a new golf format with both a morning and afternoon scramble option and lunch, so participants can choose to golf one round or all day. All golfers will receive lunch, a tee gift, prizes and contests and skins game entry. The cost is $150 for 18 holes and $200 for 36 holes.

This fun and relaxing event is also for a great cause. Participation helps raise funds for the annual Strong Kids campaign, which enables all Door County families to participate in YMCA activities. If someone can’t participate, but is looking for more ways to help, there are many opportunities including hole sponsorships, lunch sponsorship, and more.
