Yoga at Kress Pavilion

The Donald and Carol Kress Pavilion offers a number of yoga programs during the summer.

Mary Weber leads Chair Yoga on June 25 at 11:30 am. Chair yoga is a gentle yoga class, perfect for students with physical challenges that find it difficult to get on and off the floor as required for a traditional yoga class. Exercise, explore and enhance a greater range of movement while protecting the lower back and joints by easing carefully into yoga postures with chair support. The class is free.

New to the Pavilion is a Weekly Meditation & Mindfulness class led by The Dandelion Culture. Class will seamlessly flow through breath, meditation, and authentic heart-centered reflections. The program starts June 8 and runs every Friday starting at 7:30 am. The cost is $15 to drop in, $12 for students, with packages available.

On Mondays at 9 am join instructor Liz Heller for this co-ed beginner yoga class. All levels are welcome. Students learn the basics of all the beginning yoga asanas and over time get stronger, more flexible, and learn to quiet the mind. The class is $15 to drop in, $12 for students, with packages available.

The Kress Pavilion is located at 7845 Church Street in Egg Harbor. For more information visit kresspavilion.org.
