Youth-Apprenticeship Consortium Expands

Through its vision and structure, the Ahnapee Regional Youth Apprenticeship Consortium seeks to ignite youth apprenticeship in northeast Wisconsin and has added another employee resource to the Door County area: Lauren Baumann will be the point of contact for students in the program and will work with businesses on their needs and openings.

The consortium will also enroll all Brown County high schools starting Jan. 1, which will significantly increase the pool of potential students who are seeking youth-apprenticeship options.
