We’ll have barbecued beast and seaworthy creatures, bourbon flights, craft brew tasting and lots of other deliciousness featuring our processors and Chef Chris Wiltfang, from Skaliwags. Reservations recommended. $15/person in advance. $20/person at the door.

An up close and personal tutorial on how to brew your own beer using the fabulous new set up at the Farm Market Kitchen. Micro-Brew Master Nick Calaway from the Ahnapee Brewery will be giving you the inside scoop on how to do it up right.

We know you want it, we know you have it, don that Kilt! A local chef will present Irish specialties with a Wisconsin twist. A kilt contest will be in order, as will a specialty beer from Ahnapee Brewery.
