2018 Door County Folk Festival Registration Now Open

Registration is now open for the 2018 Door County Folk Festival (DCFF), held July 11-15 in Baileys Harbor. There are a number of changes to this year’s festival:  workshops and parties will all be held in Baileys Harbor; there’s a new group of regional dance instructors; Jim Stoynoff’s band will provide live music for the weekend parties; a Saturday morning dance workshop; Stoynoff to present a Balkan music culture session; Paul Wagner will lead a discussion about keeping dancing vibrant as people age; and weekend parties will start at 8 pm with more time allocated for request dancing. The fish boil tradition will continue with two seatings prior to Saturday’s party.
