Samuel and Lilly

Happy Birthday, Samuel and Lilly! They will turn three years old on Saturday, Jan. 25. Brother and sister, Samuel (ivory colored) and Lilly (caramel colored) are a Poodle/Shih Tzu mix who have never been apart…they’re a pair. A family in Northern Door surrendered them to the Humane Society recently due to a change in family circumstances. Lilly and Samuel are so extroverted and friendly. They have been with a toddler and older child. Leash walks are the high point of the day.

For their birthday, each will have a special treat and undoubtedly much petting from our volunteers. Of course, the very best present will be when a forever family welcomes them into a new home together. Strong preference will be given to potential adopters who will take both Samuel and Lilly to keep the pair’s bond intact.
