Both a campy ’70s TV show and a classic ’50s musical were the naming inspirations for large groups of kittens that arrived at the Humane Society this fall. Now there are just a special few adolescent kittens remaining from each litter. Jan and Greg watched their Brady Bunch siblings be claimed one after another. From the film Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Pointipee, Ephraim and Alice wait patiently to dance in their own new homes. Each kitten has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adopters receive 30 days of pet health insurance included in the adoption fee. To encourage kitten and cat adoptions, the fee discount special continues. Photos and bios of all available cats and dogs are on the DCHS website. Cat adoption fee is $90.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 Park Drive (County PD – the road to Potawatomi State Park), Sturgeon Bay, is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon – 4 pm. For more information call 920.746.1111 or visit dooranimals.com.
