A Brunch To Crave At Drömhus

Drömhus is hosting a special spring brunch with Crave Cuisine on April 14 from 11 am – 1 pm. The menu will feature ingredients from local vendors Marchant’s Meats, Renard’s Cheese and Hatch Distilling Company. Brunch options will include bourbon-and-beet-cured lox, chicken and belgian waffles with bacon and garlic-maple syrup, and a tomato-leek asparagus and havarti tart with aged-cheddar biscuit.
