Autumn Art Extravaganza Stamping/Scrapbooking Weekend

Door County Rubber Stamps and Scrapbooking will hold an Autumn Art Extravaganza, Oct. 26 – 28 at Bridgeport Waterfront Resort in Sturgeon Bay.

Oct. 26 is fun-filled featuring all-day make and takes, workshop projects, mixed media projects, demos, white elephant exchange, card contest, ‘The Greater West Side Scavenger Hunt,’ Harvest Potluck Party and more.

Oct. 27 will feature four classes, led by Pat and Paul Niemuth, of Northwood’s Rubber Stamps, throughout the day. The first is a free demo on special techniques of stamping, embossing, coloring and glittering from 8:30 am – 9:15 am. It is followed by a seasonal card making class, coloring wildlife images using speciality papers, and an advanced winter birds card class. All classes on Saturday are $35, except it’s $45 for the birding class. 

Oct. 28 offers two classes and a bonus make-and-take kit. The morning offers a vintage winter scenery card class from 8:30-11 am, followed by a seasonal trains card class. Both classes are $35. The weekend ends with a make-and-take party with leftover kits from the first night. Each kit is priced individually and ranges from $5-$12.
