Bonnie Paruch Offers Oil Painting Workshop

The Art Garage, 1409 Main Street, Green Bay, welcomes Bonnie Paruch, a Sister Bay-based painter and instructor, for a three-day workshop on February 19 – 21.

The workshop will be an oil painting seminar for experienced painters who have participated in introductory classes. This workshop will help the artist explore value, composition, and color in more depth. On day one, students will take a limited palette and apply a three-value system to simple still-life arrangements. The effects of light on color will be explored on day two. On the final day of the workshop, composition and creative design principles will be applied to a painting of the student’s choice.
