Book Signing for Door County Romance Novels

Green Bay author Nancy Sweetland will be signing books of her newly released romance novel, Wannabe (Wild Rose Press), at Book World in Sturgeon Bay on Oct. 27.

Wannabe is set in Green Bay and Door County. A Halloween kidnapping, wild dogs, a gun-happy redhead and a handsome hero with a mysterious past all come together for Toni Dresser, whose life after meeting Royal Stewart will never by the same.

Dresser’s runaway grocery cart damages a vintage Porsche, bringing the down-to-earth costume shop owner and an undercover agent (Stewart) together—but not amicably. Dresser is coming off a bad love affair; Stewart is unwilling to share anything about himself or his past. He’s also determined to solve the mystery of his great-aunt’s death.

Sweetland’s earlier novel, The Door to Love, is set in Sister Bay where Courtney James opens a bait and boat rental business in spite of an arrogant Chicago lawyer who believes he owns the property.

The signing takes place 10 am – 1 pm; Sweetland’s novels and children’s book will be available. Book World is located on Third Avenue in Sturgeon Bay.
