Boys Basketball: Pioneers Beaten by Blazers

Sevastopol’s boys basketball team trailed 44-15 at halftime Friday and ended up losing at home in Packerland Conference action to NEW Lutheran, 79-51.

Oliver Mathews led the Pioneers with 20 points, which included six threes. Norman Luedtke added 11 points.

Sevastopol, which dropped to 0-14 in the conference and 2-19 overall, closes out the regular season with league games Monday at home against Oconto and Thursday at Peshtigo.
