Campfire Songs & Stories at Peninsula State Park

Charles Dickson and Don Makuen have entertained Peninsula State Park visitors with campfire songs and stories for more than 15 years. They’ll be back this summer, sharing their brand of family fun. If you’ve never seen these octogenarians lead a campfire, you don’t know what you’ve been missing! Campfires are from 8 to 9 pm at the White Cedar Nature Center in Peninsula State Park. Campfires are free but a state park vehicle sticker is required. Campfires are scheduled on the following Mondays: June 27, July 11, July 25, Aug. 1 and Aug. 15.
