Want to step into the past or the future? At Times of Future Past – a festival for any era – you can do both. It will return to Kewaunee’s Winter Park June 10-11, 10 am – 5 pm.

Produced and managed by an all-female steering committee, this unusual event blends historic figures such as Mark Twain, Mary Todd Lincoln and Sarge’s Heroes from WWII with fantasy favorites such as Lt. Commander Data, a Ghostbuster and the witcher Geralt of Rivia. Also enjoy performances by Green Bay Aerial Arts and a sing-a-long with Crooner Windsong; experience blacksmithing, spinning and weaving; and learn cosplay tips from House Spock of Chicago.

A variety of food and drinks will be available, along with an artisan marketplace selling treasures and trinkets from across time and the galaxy. A daily costume contest will award first, second and third prizes in the history/steampunk and fantasy/sci-fi/anime categories.

Admission is $12 for an adult day pass, $6 for ages 5-12, and free for kids 5 and younger. Times of Future Past (futurepastfestival.com) is a nonprofit event, with part of its proceeds going to the Desert Veterans of Wisconsin.
