DCMC Algoma Clinic Sponsors Weekly Walks

Do you want to get your heart rate up by walking with other community members? 

Ellen Knipfer of Door County Medical Center’s (DCMC) Algoma Clinic will lead group walks every Wednesday, 6 pm, May 5 – Sept. 8, starting at the Algoma Wellness Center, 1715 Division St. In inclement weather, the walks will take place inside the center, and masks will be required.

Knipfer provides family-medicine services at the clinic. She graduated from Concordia University’s Advanced Practice Nursing Program and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She enjoys walking, biking, camping and spending time with her family.
