Door County Community News: Jacksonport Women’s Club Donates to Fire Department

The Jacksonsport Women’s Club (JWC) recently presented a $2,000 donation to the Jacksonport Fire Department at the town board meeting to help the fire department continue its efforts to ensure the safety of the community.

“The JWC is proud to give back to the community with donations like this,” said BJ Cassidy, president of JWC. “We are pleased to be able to help the fire department remain a strong, efficient and effective part of the community.” 


The JWC’s mission is to establish and promote a women’s club that will support and participate in activities and events for the improvement and betterment of the Jacksonport area community.
