Door County Fair Scheduled for Aug 1 – 5

The 2018 Door County Fair is scheduled for Aug. 1-5 at John Miles County Park in Sturgeon Bay. Community residents, both youth and adult, are encouraged to exhibit in the many different categories of Junior Fair (youth entries) and Open Class. New in 2018, the fair is moving to an online entry process. Premium Lists are available for download on the Door County Fair website (doorcountyfair.com) or print copies are available at the UW-Extension Office. The Fair is using Fair Entry, an online tool for signing up entries for the county fair. Web links for the entry process are on the Premium List documents. If you are interested in exhibiting items at the Door County Fair in Junior Fair or Open Class, there are help sessions scheduled where you will be able to learn how to enter using Fair Entry and receive one-on-one help completing your online entries. Help Sessions are scheduled for:

Saturday, May 12, 9 am to Noon, Southern Door School Library;

Wednesday, May 30, 6 to 8:30 pm, County Government Center, Peninsula Room; Saturday, June 2, 9 am to Noon, Jacksonport Town Hall/Fire Station. For more information on entering the Door County Fair, email [email protected].
