Door County Nature Works Donates Percentage of Sales to Local Charities

On Nov. 23 Door County Nature Works in Egg Harbor donated 20 percent of all customers’ purchases to a nonprofit charity of their choice. The nine charities to choose from were Door County Humane Society, Door County Land Trust, The Ridges Sanctuary, The Women’s Fund, The United Way, Go Bo Foundation, Help of Door County, Scandia Village, and the Northern Door Children’s Center. At the end of the day, more than $800 was raised for these charities.
