Wisconsin Public Television (WPT) aired a seven-minute segment on its In Wisconsin program on February 4 which featured the multi-sculptural “Wood Wind” installation by Dan Engelke of Sister Bay. “Wood Wind” was installed in Tennison Bay in Peninsula State Park for two weeks last August as part of Peninsula School of Art‘s “Eco-tivity: environmental art in process,” exhibition. For those who missed the broadcast, the segment will stream on WPT’s Web site, http://www.wpt.org/inwisconsin, indefinitely. Two other interviews with Engelke regarding his process, and the possibility of future works, will also be available on the site for viewing.
