Activities at Newport State Park

10am. Bluebird Workshop. Join Charlotte Lukes as she talks about bluebirds and their remarkable comeback story. Participants will also place bluebird nesting boxes, weather permitting. Meet in the Nature Center, Lot 1. Free.
2pm. Milkweed For Monarchs. This hands on workshop will focus on preparing milkweed seeds for planting. Participants can take home seeds to plant. Meet in the Nature Center, Lot 1. Free.
