Door County Plein Air Festival

9am-3pm. Gallery Open. The Guenzel Gallery of Peninsula School of Art is open throughout the day for viewing and purchase of works created by the 2019 Door County Plein Air Festival Featured Artists.
9am-2pm. Quick Paint and Live Auction. Watch featured artists complete a painting from start to finish during the fast-paced Quick Paint. Live auction begins at noon at Waterfront Park in Sister Bay. No pre-registration required to bid on paintings. Free and open to the public.
9-11am. Dockside Quick Paint. All artists are invited to paint outdoors, alongside the featured artists. $30/person to paint.
9-11am. Kids’ Paint. Kids can join in the excitement of the Quick Paint too. The fee includes their supplies and a little assistance in getting started. Pre-registration not required. $5/child.
6-8pm. Open Door Reception. View and purchase artwork from featured artists, as well as artists participating in the Dockside Quick Paint. Hors d’oeuvres, beverages and wine sold by the glass. Cash bar.
Programs are free and open to the public.
