Food Trucks and Floaties at Anclam Beach

No shoes, no shirts, no problem! Celebrate the food-truck scene in Baileys Harbor during Food Trucks and Floaties (baileysharbor.doorcounty.com) on Aug. 17, 11 am – 4 pm.

Enjoy offerings from local food-truck vendors – Chives’ Harbor Pizza and Harbor Griddle & Grill trucks, the Lumberjack Taco Shack, Wally’s Weenie Wagon and Ohana Hospitality – and cool off with cold-brew popsicles and more at Bearded Heart’s pop-up coffee shop.

Then head down to Anclam Park’s sandy beach to take a dip in the clear waters of Lake Michigan. Take your own floatie, or buy one from the concession stand. Lakeshore Adventures will have kayaks to try out, and you can play on the fun pad or seven-person Fun Island anchored off the beach.
