Free Immunizations at County Schools

The Door County Public Health Department will provide free school-based immunization clinics at county schools to any student in grades 6-12 regardless of insurance status. Parents/guardians will receive information and consent forms from their child’s school. If you have not received a consent form, call 746.2234 to obtain a form.

The following vaccines will be offered at these clinics: Tdap, Hepatitis A, Meningococcal conjugate, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Influenza (flu). Immunization clinics have been scheduled as follows: Sept. 22 – Gibraltar, 9:30 am, and Zion Lutheran, after Gibraltar; Sept. 25 – St. John Bosco, 9 am, and St. Peters, after St. John Bosco; Sept. 30 – Southern Door, 8:30 am; and Oct. 2 – Washington Island, 11 am.
