Frontier crews have been working to provide increased internet access speeds to support up to 40 mbps down by 5 mbps up in the downtown Sister Bay area.
“We can also now support MetroE[thernet] services for businesses and multi-dwelling units that require bandwidth up to 1 Gig,” said Karen C. Miller, communications manager for Frontier’s National Region. “In addition, we now offer the same 40 mbps x 5 mbps increased speeds in the downtown Baileys Harbor area.”
Miller said the crews also installed a new site in the Baileys Harbor/Kangaroo Lake area that provides high-speed internet access up to 30 mbps x 1 mbps.
“We continue to work on expanding high-speed access to several other areas in Door County by year end,” Miller said.
