Gibraltar High School of Door County Hosts Cabaret

The public is welcome to enjoy great music and decadent desserts at the 2011 Gibraltar High School Cabaret, taking place at the Gibraltar Middle School Gym. Starting at 7 pm on Tuesday, May 17 Gibraltar Music Students will perform, as well as the Gibraltar Jazz Band and the new Vocalocity High School Choral Group. Performances by the high school band, high school choir and several soloists will also be featured. Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for children, and ages 3 and under are free.

A “sweet treat” raffle will be held between performances. This event is sponsored by the Gibraltar Music Boosters. The Cabaret is grateful to Door County Confectionary, Door County Bakery, Inn at Cedar Crossing, Town Hall Bakery, Main Street Market, Cheesecake Etc., Wild Tomato, Double Delites, The Cookery, Espresso Lane, Top Shelf Gourmet and Café, Shepherd of the Bay and Fred and Fuzzy’s.

The proceeds from the Cabaret will benefit the Gibraltar High School band and choir programs. The money will help buy instruments, performance attire, music, and other supplies needed to help kids learn and entertain.
