Gibraltar Secondary Schools Concert At DCA

The choirs at Gibraltar Secondary Schools will present their fall concert on Dec. 12, 7 pm.

Led by choir director Sara Bong and accompanied by pianist Janet Anderson, sixth grade, eighth grade and high school choirs will perform seasonal selections by composers like John Leavitt, Emily Crocker, Joseph Martin and John Rutter.

Gibraltar staff and Peninsula Singers vocalists will join the Advanced Choir to perform “O Fortuna” from Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana. The choir will reprise the song with the Gibraltar Band during a fall band concert on Dec. 18,  7 pm.

Both concerts take place at DCA, 3926 Highway 42 in Fish Creek. Admission to the Dec. 12 performance is free, but donations are accepted.
