Gifts at Jacksonport Craft Cottage Feature Spring

“Potted Posies,” a spring themed miniature wall hanging created by Lynn, is available at Jacksonport Craft Cottage Gifts.

Jacksonport Craft Cottage Gifts currently features handcrafted mini wall quilts, all hand-pieced by Lynn using paper piecing. The paper piecing method allows the artist to create soft sculpture pieces using very small decorative fabrics to create finer detail. Lynn enjoys creating pieces with Door County in mind – the seasons, sailboats, birds, flora, cherries and water themes. She also enjoys the challenge of more detailed traditional quilt patterns.

Lynn also embellishes her work with buttons, jewelry, ribbon and accent stitching by hand. All are available in limited quantities at Jacksonport Craft Cottage Gifts, located at 6275 Hwy. 57 in downtown Jacksonport, open 9 am – 5 pm daily.
