Alpine Shamble League

 The Shamble League has started at Alpine Golf Course in Egg Harbor. Held on Tuesday nights with a 4:30 pm start, all golfers are welcome. The cost is $20 for cart and golf. Prize money paid out each night. For example, for 18 golfers there will be $90 paid out. Take best drive of threesome and then play your own ball with handicap. Take best two net scores on each hole. Peninsula Mixer at Peninsula Park Golf Course

The Peninsula State Park Golf Course will host the Peninsula Mixer on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The event is open to the first 14 two-person teams to sign up. The format is 3-3-3: 3 holes of scramble, 3 holes of alternate shot and 3 holes of best ball. Cost is $25 per player and includes prizes and appetizers provided by Alexander’s at the clubhouse after the event. Forms are available at the clubhouse and are due by Sept. 26. 3rd Annual Little Eddie Big Cup Announced

The Little Eddie Big Cup memorial golf scramble benefitting the Mental Health Awareness Fund and the Ed Strege Family Memorial Fund will be held Sunday, Oct. 2 at Peninsula State Park Golf Course. Tee off is 9 am. Entry fee for the four-person scramble is $100 per player and includes golf, cart, door prizes, raffles and lunch to follow at Alexander’s in Fish Creek.
