Golf Scramble to Benefit DOOR CANcer, Southern Door Athletics

Royal Scot Golf Course will host the Carrie Ann Renard Memorial 16th Annual Cheesehead Open. The four-person scramble will be held July 28, with a 12:30 pm shotgun start. Dinner and awards will follow at 6 pm.

Fees are $80 per player and includes lunch, 18 holes of golf, cart, prizes and dinner, or just $15 for dinner. Proceeds benefit Southern Door Girls Athletics and DOOR CANcer, Inc.

Provide the names of your foursome or sign up as a single and be placed in a foursome. Entry fees can be paid the day of the outing or send a check with your entry. Make checks payable to Carrie Ann Renard Memorial (CARM).
