Great Northern Holiday Open House Supports DCA

Great Northern by Design, 9106 Hwy 42 in Fish Creek, will hold its annual holiday open house Nov. 27, 10 am – 4 pm. In the spirit of the season, a portion of the day’s sales will be donated to Door Community Auditorium (DCA) for its new space. And, along with holiday décor and gifts on sale, there will be refreshments and a drawing for a hand-painted Italian platter.

With the support of 32 households and foundations, DCA recently completed a 10-month journey to purchase a neighboring property, which was formerly the Fish Creek Grill. It will eventually house a reception area, expanded accessible parking, business offices, catering kitchen, indoor and outdoor performance spaces, and music lessons for instruments not offered in area schools.
