Griffon String Quartet Awarded

Green Bay non-profit Doctors in Recital selected the Griffon String Quartet, Midsummer’s Music resident ensemble, to receive a music education grant. 

Each January, Doctors in Recital holds a concert featuring area medical providers, who perform music to raise money for local causes.

The Griffon String Quartet performed for the first time at the organization’s 2024 event. The $7,500 grant is a goal for funds that will be raised at the 2025 Doctors in Recital concert.
