Harborettes Mend Clothes for Community

The members of the Harborettes Home Community Education Club are holding a Day of Mending on April 15, 9 am – 1 pm, at the Jacksonport Town Hall as a community-service project.

Take your clean clothing or linen items that need mending, and Harborettes members will sew on buttons, repair seams and hems, and patch items. (Sorry – no zipper repairs.) The proceeds of a bake sale at the event will help to fund the club’s projects.
