Heritage Program Features Photography

Sister Bay Historical Society will feature Gills Rock summer resident and noted photographer Denny Moutray at The Corner of the Past on Aug. 1. Moutray focuses on landscapes and architecture, with an eye to offering his viewers a sense of what he feels when he takes the shot. He has taken classes from many other Door County photographers and his photos have been displayed at The Hardy Gallery in Ephraim and the Door County Visitor Bureau’s book of local photography.

Located at Highway 57 and Fieldcrest Road, 1.5 miles south of Sister Bay, the Sister Bay Historical Society has its Heritage Program every Saturday morning throughout the summer, in addition to the Saturday morning farmers’ market.
