Join St. Vincent De Paul Society’s Sept. 25 Walk/Run

The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Stella Maris Catholic Church will host the Friends of the Poor Walk/Run fundraising event – its only 2021 fundraiser – on Sept. 25, starting at Stella Maris Church in Sister Bay. 

Registration will begin at 8:30 am, and the event will start at 9 am. Participants can register online at fopwalk.org/event/2619 or in person at the church. Volunteers will accept a donation and offer refreshments, and all participants must sign a waiver of liability.

During the recent fiscal year, many generous donors have enabled the society to provide $43,568 to 134 people in Door County. Any person in need may request help by calling the Stella Maris parish office at 920.868.3241.
