Letter to the Editor: Stolen Campaign Signs

Our campaign sign for Caleb Frostman is missing. The State Senator for the 1st Senate District is running for re-election in November. Throughout northern Door County along Highway 57, in Sister Bay, and north off Highway 42 neighbors are reporting missing signs. It really doesn’t matter whose sign is being stolen, or which political party is represented. This is childish, unpatriotic, and a limitation on our free speech. I have notified the Sheriff’s Department and I hope others will be watchful and report this when it occurs. Are the signs for Democratic Party candidates the only ones being reported stolen?
