Municipal Meetings: Sept. 1 – 8

DOOR COUNTY

City of Sturgeon Bay:  The common council meets Sept. 5 at noon. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board meets at 4:30 pm Sept. 5.

County of Door:  The Finance Committee meets at 1 pm Sept. 5. The Property Committee meets at 9 am Sept. 6. A joint meeting of the Door and Kewaunee county Ag & Extension Committees will be held Sept. 7 at 1 pm at the Forestville Town Hall. The Resource Planning Committee meets at 2 pm Sept. 7.

Town of Baileys Harbor:  The town board meets at 6 pm Sept. 7.

Town of Gibraltar:  The town board meets at 7 pm Sept. 6.

Town of Jacksonport: The town board has called a special meeting for 6 pm on Sept. 27 on the town clerk/treasurer position. The town recently decided that upon the impending retirement of both the town clerk and treasurer, the positions would be consolidated. The town recently advertised an opening for the position.

Town of Liberty Grove:  The Personnel Committee meets at 7 pm Sept. 5. The town board meets at 7 pm Sept. 6.

Town of Sturgeon Bay:  The town board meets at 7 pm Sept. 4.

Village of Egg Harbor:  The Parks & Public Works Committee meets at 8:30 am Sept. 6.

Village of Sister Bay:  The Marina Committee meets at 3 pm Sept. 5. The Parks Committee meets at 2:30 pm Sept. 7.

KEWAUNEE COUNTY

City of Algoma:  The common council meets at 6 pm Sept. 4.

County of Kewaunee:  The Extension & Zoning Committee meets at 3 pm Sept. 6. The Highway Committee meets at 8:45 am Sept. 6. 

Town of Red River:  The Plan Commission meets at 7:30 pm Sept. 6.
