Patrick O’Hern and James Flanigan Inducted into Southern Door Alumni Hall of Fame

Southern Door County School District will hold its fourth annual Alumni Hall of Fame Ceremony on May 13 at 1:30 pm in the Southern Door Community Auditorium. The public is invited to attend the ceremony. The district will honor Patrick (Pat) O’Hern (Class of 1969) and former NFL defensive tackle James (Jim) Flanigan (Class of 1990). Both honorees are outstanding role models as Southern Door graduates who have made significant contributions in their career and community. The ceremony provides an opportunity for the district’s high school students and the community to meet and gain advice from these Southern Door graduates. A memorial gift will also be presented by the children of Muriel Vogel, longtime resident of Southern Door and advocate for Southern Door’s arts and athletic programs.
