Peterson Prepares Fishboil for Scandia Village

Peterson, owner of the Viking Grill & Fish Boil in Ellison Bay, graciously served the fish boil for the entire campus. He recently experienced tragedy when a fire damaged his business – though this did not stop him from recognizing an opportunity to serve his community. Scandia Village is very appreciative of his generosity.
