Picnic Supports Southern Door Fire Department

The Southern Door Firefighter Picnic & Parade is set for July 29 in downtown Forestville, where festivities will start with the 11 am parade. Lineup begins at 10:30 am on Mill Road.

After the parade, head to a picnic featuring burgers, brats, booyah, beer and more at the fire station, 110 E. Main St. Enjoy live music by Modern Day Drifters, 12-4 pm, and Fine Line, 5-9 pm. Also enjoy a silent auction, bucket raffles, card raffles, meat raffles, gun raffles, 50/50 kids games, bounce house, coin pit and more. New this year is a 1 pm cornhole tournament (register for it by calling 920.493.8679), and visit craft vendors until 4 pm. 

All proceeds will be used to equip the station’s new fire truck, which will be on display.
